BACK ON THE EDGE
As of this morning I am back at the Marche' table. I am happy and proud to let you all know that I will be working for Marche' Artisan Foods once again. I haven't been using my knives on a regular basis since I left the restaurant a little over a year ago. But tomorrow at 9am I will be doing some prep work and getting back on the edge of the blade. So next time you're in the east Nashville area and feel like having a great meal for a great price stop in and say hello. We all will be glad to have you.
